Since joining CharterUP in January as the company’s first Vice President of People, one of my goals has been to work with our incredible team to enhance our supportive, creative and collaborative culture.

CharterUP’s mission to revolutionize the charter bus industry by leveraging technology and driving innovation to provide an elevated customer experience is one of the things that drew me to this company..

As CharterUP continues to grow, it is important that we remain committed to fostering a collaborative environment where employees feel empowered to contribute their best work.
